Design Apartment
Living room and bedroom for 2-5 people (ca. 38 - 47m²)
Two-room apartment with double-bedroom, living room with sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette with 4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, shower, WC, bidet, satellite TV, safe, underfloor heating and cooling, parquet, telephone and balcony or garden. The flat is located on the first, second or third floor and can be reached by lift from the garage. Some flats are suitable for 5 people. Please note that there is an extra charge for the fifth person. The fifth bed will be prepared in the double room.
General informations
Prices per day per apartment starting from three days, including VAT, plus city tax and final cleaning (65 €).
At Désirée included:
In summer: free use of outdoor pool and garden.
All year for Désirée guests: modern spa area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, ice fountain and relaxation room.
Free parking in the garage for Design Apartments (1 parking spot per apartment)
Additional fees
- Final cleaning: 65 €
- Children and baby bed: surcharge 10 €/day
- Dogs on request: 20 € per day without food (other pets are not allowed)
- Fifth bed: 15 €/day
- Deposit for safe key: 16 €
- Washing machine and dryer: 8 €
- Linen change weekly
Cancellation conditions
No cancellation fee up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation fee up to 1 week prior to arrival: 50% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee up to 3 days prior to arrival: 70% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee up to 1 day prior to arrival: 90% of total payable amount. Cancellation fee for not showing up is: 100% of the total payable amount. For early departure we will charge 3 days of stay. Deposits are non-refundable. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
From 24th of December till 10th of January we apply the following cancellation fees:
